What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us enough time to offer the table to someone else — with such short notice, it’s often not possible to fill the spot.

What if something unavoidable comes up and I can’t make it to my reservation?

We totally understand — life happens! If you need to cancel or can’t make it, just send us an email as soon as possible. While our 24-hour cancellation policy helps us manage the space, we’ll always do our best to work with you if something unexpected arises.

Can I send someone else in my place?

Absolutely! You're welcome to gift your reservation to friends or family. If you do, please let us know about any dietary restrictions as soon as possible, so we can ensure they're well taken care of.

Can I modify my reservation online?

Yes, you can make changes through Tock, such as adjusting the time or the number of guests, up to 24 hours before your reservation.

After that, reservations can only be modified through us, so please reach out if needed and we’ll do our best to help.

I have a food allergy — can you accommodate it?

We take dietary restrictions seriously. Due to the small size of our kitchen and our two-chef team, we have limited capacity to accommodate certain allergies.
If you have a specific allergy, please note it when booking, and be sure to inform your server upon arrival so our team can do their best to prepare safely. While we always aim to accommodate, we want to be transparent that cross-contamination is a possibility in our compact space.

Please note: We may not be the best fit for guests with severe gluten or dairy allergies, simply due to the nature of Italian cooking and our focus on fresh pasta.

Can I bring my child?

Yes, children are welcome. However, please note that our space is quite small, and we have limited room for strollers or car seats. We also do not have high chairs due to restricted storage space, so we recommend considering these factors before bringing young children.

What if an extra person joins our group last minute?

Due to our compact space and limited storage, we have only 20 chairs in total. If your party arrives with more guests than originally booked, we won’t be able to seat the additional person(s). Please make sure your final group size matches your reservation booking.

Can I still get a reservation if everything’s booked?

We understand how frustrating that can be! If you'd like to be notified when a table opens up, you can click the “Notify” button on Tock. Tock will automatically send you an email if there’s a cancellation that matches the date and time you selected. It’s the best way to snag a spot if one becomes available.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We try to keep two seats available at the bar for walk-ins. These are offered on a first-come, first-served basis—so if you're feeling spontaneous, that's another option to consider.

When do new reservations open up?

Reservations for each month always open on the 1st of the month prior.

Upcoming reservations for October will open on Monday, September 1st at 12:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: We are on summer break from September 7th to September 23rd.

The best way to reach us is through Tock or by email.

We don’t offer phone support, and while you’re welcome to message us on Instagram, we don’t consistently check DMs, so we don’t recommend using that for time-sensitive inquiries.
